My experience at Davita has been great. Everyone made me feel welcome. They are so knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable.
I was told today that their corporate policy prohibits them from helping a weak patient from their wheelchair to the dialysis chair. And corporate policy prohibits family member from coming in dialysis area to assist with transfer. Not impressed. They make a big deal about being the best and going above and beyond to make a difference. Really not impressed with their corporate policy to not help .
