I called the treatment center to see if I could get my son in for a short treatment since he has been out of town. I was asked the same question 3 to 4 times by One girl that was on the phone with me. she was relaying this to someone else, at that point that person she was relaying to got on the phone and asked me the same question again. before im in philly american renal they take care of me i dont have any problem but when i move to davita temple terrace in my first month the nurse quit and the kidney doctor and when i need help nobody want to help and they didnt treat me for 3 months what kind facility is that even when i call the clinic nobody answer and they lying i never experience this before thats why i move to other clinic american renal is the best clinic...im sooo dissapointment in this clinic
My mother in law goes here 3x a week they are very good hearted ppl
