You guys always take great care of me and are the reason why I’m still alive every day and you always are so kind and caring about the individual not just the numbers
I am extremely happy with the care and compassion I receive at Davita/Sylva. My nurses Jennifer and Chastity are the best! Unfortunately I will be relocating and have to start with another group and if there is anyone involved in my care I will miss the most, its these two. They are always willing to answer my many questions and most often, just a phone call or text away if I need something.
