My father has been coming here for 11 plus years and lately we feel like the staff here doesn't like to attend him they never connect him at the supposed time schedule for his treatment and some staff also laughs of him, considering that his a 79y old men with a lot of health issues we would think that the personal here would be more trained to deal with people like him but guess not.
My treatment time is 4am. At this hour it is much too bright in the treatment area and much too noisy. I can hear techs talking from the opposite side of the room. I wear earbuds connected to my iPad or iPhone, yet I can hear most of the televisions in the area. Every patient is issued headphones in their welcome kits but I appear to be one of the few patients stupid enough to not annoy others with my programs or music.
