Score should be negative as they changed my mother chair time and didn't communicate with transportation and it's affecting my job and her transportation time and refuse to change it back or have supervisor call me . She advised social worker they would need to speak with me first but they changed it anyway and won't change it back. LISA facilitator is horrible, don't listen and wont have her supervisor call me back . Getting legal involved now.
Nursing staff are great at their job, however they are not guarded enough with inmate patients. There are procedures that all inmates have to go through to be free of contraband and they need to adhere to them ,
Didn't even try to do my treatment like if they don't like there job horrible nurses with attitude if you really care for your patience and love your job ...
