Terrible patient relations. I was scheduled May 13, 2024 to start re Irving treatment on June 5 but they felt they could just change the date and not inform me. This admin named Zack called me at the last minute to confirm that I was going to be starting and he mentioned the day changed. I told him they made no effort to contact me despite his claim that they did.
