When my nephrologist, called Socorro DaVita to get me a chair. Nurses and staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home when I attended my treatment. They even went as far to accommodate me into the second shift when they found out my husband couldn't see after sunset. My tech explained to me the procedure. Patient negligence, the entire staff need to be retrained. I have multiple known patients attending this center. The staff not only neglect them, they have made attempts to talk them into switching locations. The list goes on. Not to include multiple dialysis patients have repeatedly made comments about the staff going on 2 hour lunch brakes, ignoring patients, playing loud music on their phones, harming patient fistulas by infiltrating.
