I use to go to this dialysis center a couple years ago when i first moved down here. That is the time when they had some "undesirable" staff. I just returned there about 3 months ago & what a change from what it was. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is great. They take excellent care of me.
After being at other dialysis centers, I can honestly say that this clinic is mismanaged ill run place, everybody there should be retrained!! . I’ve been treated terrible. They leave me on the chair and average of 25 to 35 minutes longer than my time even though my doctor has cut my time because of side effects, they just don’t care, they expect you to do everything I weigh myself in and out. I’m an amputee nobody’s ever there watching me as I try to transition into the chairs so if I would fall well I would just fall. I’ve ... read more
My husband was a patient there. They deprived him from getting the extra oxygen he needed. They responded by saying it's only for emergency. And he needed to provide his own. Well sadly he passed away, and no one bothered to call and say sorry for your lost. They only cared to call if he was late. They are more worried about making money than there patients.I Would not recommend this place to anyone.
