The nurses here are amazing! They have always treated my mom like family! I will always recommend this location for anybody that needs dialysis treatments.
The DaVita Shores staff are very well trained and it shows. They also care about the patients and our needs. This is definitely my second family. Jose M
Kim, the receptionist is very rude and very hateful does not do her job like she's supposed to. She refuses to talk to the patients with the window open. She does not stay in the front office like she's supposed to. If Ms. Nadine is not there the administrator she thinks she's got to stay on that floor out there on the floor with the patients holding up the RNs and the text and also she Kim thinks she runs that place when they needs not there and that she does not wear her white jacket. I use to go to this dialysis center a couple years ago when i first moved down here. That is the time when they had some "undesirable" staff. I just returned there about 3 months ago & what a change from what it was. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is great. They take excellent care of me.
After being at other dialysis centers, I can honestly say that this clinic is mismanaged ill run place, everybody there should be retrained!! . I’ve been treated terrible. They leave me on the chair and average of 25 to 35 minutes longer than my time even though my doctor has cut my time because of side effects, they just don’t care, they expect you to do everything I weigh myself in and out.
