Staff is friendly and caring. They are concerned and listen to you. Very curteous take time to explain if you don't understand. My technician Karina is awesome, extremely pleased.
Worst dialysis i have ever been to!!!! They ruined my access and had to get surgery to fix it. I begged to be changed from tech, but they didn't care, leaving her to further ruin my access... i filed a complaint with the one in charge, and he just thru it in the trash, leaving no evidence of my injury wiping all fault from them..... please dont come here. If you love your people switch them... very unprofessional and sloppy. They dont care if they hurt you!!!! Stay away!!!
I would really like to know what is wrong with this place that they can't take care of their patients no nurses on the floor with all of those patients this place is deplorable at least the DaVita on Latham in Riverside takes care of its people.
