They refused a perfectly good transfer to their unit because they felt like it. Thankfully my old dialysis center took me back to re do a transfer. These people did not succeed in forcing me to go to their local hospital to get started in the system all over again. In my opinion dont go here these people will get what they deserve in the end!
I'm taken care of well. Only thing I get upset is there under staff to many patients for one technician. I'm always on time to getting my chair. I understand other patients are getting off chair. But being my chair is empty and ready. I shouldn't have to be waiting over 30 minutes to be hooked up. I'm always on time for my treatment i just want to be hooked up and just run my time not have to stay longer.
Should offer snacks and kidney drinks during treatment
