I’m walked in the door and there’s no one even behind the window. What kind of service is that? I had to wait for a nurse to come out to get any assistance. Good grief.
Ingnorant,selfish jealousy as tech workers & the whole facility...worst place to get dialysis from!!!
Worst place ever. It’s the only choice my grandmother has. If she could do dialysis at home I would like that better. Some of the workers here are so darn mean and rude. It’s one worker that takes care of my grandmother like it’s her own. Everyone else is just bad. They answer the phone rudely and hangs up in your face without saying goodbye or something. And they are always short on staff. Never never does my grandmother get out on time. People please think about sending your family member here before you do.
