I was most uncomfortable and unaware of expectations when I first arrived for dialysis. Fear of the unknown if you will. Dialysis itself is not something I’d wish on anyone but everyone involved with my care made a sincere effort to see my care was comfortable and I was at ease. I appreciate their effort
I've received personal care and attention at the center. I'm checked on often and made sure I'm always comfortable and have no problems!
I’m walked in the door and there’s no one even behind the window. What kind of service is that? I had to wait for a nurse to come out to get any assistance. Good grief.
