Check online 3-4 months ago, showed that the center was closed. Check online two months ago, show that it was open just drove by, the center is closed and the building is shortly. Google maps needs to update their information, going to check on website now if they are updated and where the nearest one is. Disappointed that this center has closed- my mother used the Center in the past, but come down yearly week visit to Long Beach.
Staffing issues, patient care lacking. Closed with less than 2 weeks notice. No support for transportation or care at another facility. Nurse was untrained for dialysis, caused patient harm on multiple occasions. Management unresponsive.
Good friendly and they go above and beyond to help you out only in renal care. But also in many other life and health needs. Love these folks.
Wouldn't give this place one star. They meaning the nurse Matt and technician Alex are so unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate people that absolutely should not be in the medical field. They both are liers!! This place is very depressing and full of anxiety.
