I visited Davita in Savannah Gateway. It was great. I came from NY. They treated me with respect and kindness. Also, I left a personal item and they retrieved it. The staff was engaging. So it became less stressful for me. Thank you guys.
This used to be an excellent clinic and I have been going there for over 7 years, however, they now have inexperienced, uncaring and incompetent staff. They spend their shifts with ear buds in attending to personal phone calls while providing only the most basic if care. The outdated dialysis machines are in dire need of replacement and the worn out dialysis chairs need to be replaced. Some people are so sweet and wonderful. Others only care about their own egos. Very sad for the patients. Hard to believe it's a Fortune 500 company.
