If I can give a zero I would. I Called into office regarding a transfer for my husband, spoke with Angela, who has ZERO customer service. she is very abrasive, rude, didn't allow me to talk, she was constantly talking over me and when I would talk she was interrupting me. I got absolutely no where with her. Angela, next time you're having a bad day leave it at the door and do not take it out on potential patients because remember you have a job because of the patients
