My husband goes here 3 times a week, this is the worst facility ever, we have came back to Saginaw for his fistula to be replaced, again!.. the surgeon sent a letter stating that only 2 certain people could poke him and they totally disregarded the letter. , last week they had a person not allowed to hook him up and his vein clotted up and Friday he totally clotted up to the point he was sent home and fistula can not be used!. My mother has been going for 2 years she loves it best care ever.
Absolutely the worst patient care I've seen! My father has been on dialysis for over 2 years. So far they've blown out his port by sticking the needle in the wrong way, they let him fall twice (even in his electric wheelchair!) And will lie and tell me he didn't fall or it's not their problem.. I suggest that you go elsewhere if you have a Choice, unfortunately we don't.. he's had to go to ER twice now because of their wrong doing
