I been here for almost 2 years now and this place is unperfessional, half of the staff dont care about the patient they always complaining about something wen u explain to.them what they doing wrong, .this place made my life a living hell i cant stand being here but have to get my treatment in order to live. They need perfectional people working for the company. Its not everybody its just certain individuals. Divita need to do better on who.they hire because everybody not qualified for the job.
This clinic is well staffed and well run. The techs/nurses are kind and respectful. This is a great group to be in.
This place was awful Paid $40 to be told that my issues I've had SINCE I WAS FOUR are my fault because I'm fat. I nearly died from urosepsis as a child. I was trying to go back on Lisinopril for protein in my urine, and my pee was recently tested and there's both BLOOD AND PROTEIN in my urine btw. Was told by their awful brand new doctor Muhammad Yasser Jabri (Remember this evil man's name) that a bit of protein doesn't even matter. Everyone is nice except one certain nurse. She is so condescending and rude. After complaints, and changes, we hope it will get better. Its hard enough when a family member has to go through dialysis and they deserve compassionate people working with them.
