Some staff is nice and helpful but a lot of the patients are Latinos so they speak Spanish and as a medical facility who do business with Spanish community as well they easily can hire somebody to be there to help answer phones in Spanish too, come on people ! You get thousands of dollars at your business so please invest in translation service for your patients. Thanks!!
I've been attending this facility now for 2.5 years. And for sure it's time to leave, with the poor management of staff and lack of professionalism I wouldn't recommend this faculty to anyone. For them..I feel it's all about the pay check. Like to other reviewer said "don't waste your precious time"
Never ever on time would ask you to report one time and not be ready until an 1 or so later. Taking no responsibility for their actions. The place is either to cold or extremely hot. Just not a good facility. It's as if the staff forgets we are there because we have to, not because we want to. No true concerns of theirs at all just a pay check. A shame. Don't waste any more of your precious life with this facility.
