Every time you call you get a different answer from the staff there. When you speak with the nursing staff all I hear is “ummm, unmmm… let me check as if they really don’t know what’s going on. The other issue is having your staff members telling patients that they are there because the state put them there and also speaking about how much the facility gets paid for each patient ect… that is unexceptionable to tell a patient that is there to be cared for.
