Wonderful professionals but they are overworked & understaffed. Shame on upper management.
If it was not for the patience and understanding of the wonderful staff, I don't think I would have stayed in treatment. Very professional staff excellent care I have nothing but praise for the Dialysis treatment and staff at this facility in Mountain Home AR.
Love the staff and the other patients! "We are a family"is the mentality there.... Everyone is kind, frendly, and very knowledge.
I have been a Davita patient in Mountain Home since August 2018. The care I receive from the Davita staff goes above and beyond my expectations. The staff is kind, considerate, knowledgeable & very caring. They make me feel at home and meet my every need during each treatment. The staff is a very fun group and I enjoy being around the staff. I highly recommend this center to everyone.
