Shenell is a rockstar… let me tell you why. You know how you pcp doesn’t have WiFi in 2025, years I can’t imagine it either. Walked in and had a meeting but before I low key lost my job here come an angel wihh the a WiFi password. I just want to say excellent customer service is having compassion and Shenell did just that. I might have to check you out Davita. Keep the rockstars on deck!

Hit and miss and inconsistent kind of service. When machine alarms for low bp etc, it is a waiting game till nurse or tech approaches. Who is assigned to service you is also a guessing game. You have to call for help on your own and watch your back. The wooden entry door is broken and not automatically open for the disabled. Patient chairs are stiff and uncomfortable. Restroom for patients is unclean/walls and floor need a good cleanser scrubbing. I have more. Davita charges insurance about $3000 a DAY. Service need to match... read more
