As a patient of this particular Davita facility, I can say that go above and beyond to do everything they can and make sure patients are taken care of. The nurses there are absolutely fantastic and the techs are always on top of what they need to do. Even when short staffed things still get done.
Davita does not do what they say they will do. They are short staffed, pass patients around to different clinics, and have subpar employees. They don't hire enough RNs. The Facility Administrators aren't nurses, so they do have a clue about treatment. It's a joke.
