Long paragraph but if you are genuinely interested or concerned about this clinic please read this... Most nurses and techs are very nice and helpful so thats why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, but one tech named Stacey who has been here for years apparently (I just started dialysis a few months ago) is extremely rude and dismissive to most patients. They love visitors daily
Staff is fake friendly. My husband ( A dialysis patient for 17 years and does not have the mobility of his legs) and I moved to Radcliff. Not even one visit in. The women judged us from the start. We are two married men. One of the nurses called adult protective services on us. Because my husband had a small purple mark above his eye. ( the came from me pushing him in his chair and I slipped on some slick spot on the curb. And I fell into my husband. The was also explained when asked.
