Employees sleep on the job, the facility is dirty, and there is blood in the bathroom. Furthermore, the staff does not accommodate patients' schedules; instead, they expect us to come in whenever it is convenient for them so they can leave early. I requested to speak with the social worker several times, but it was like pulling teeth. Well where to start, I have been on dialysis for 7 months, and I get to come here every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, I was scared in the beginning, well I am still scared, but the staff here makes it so much better, I want to start with Flor, AMAZING!! She advocates for her patients 100% she has seen me cry, sad, emotional, and happy, she’s the best! Jonae may nurse another person that is Awesome !!
