The staff is very helpful and accommodating especially Karen at the reception/front desk jkh
DO NOT COME HERE the employees here are so unprofessional !!!! and rude!!!!! They lack basic manners they do not care about there patients they don’t have any patience dealing with the elderly either it is almost like they take advantage of the fact the majority of their patients are elderly and aren’t in their full capacity and if you try to seek assistance or report a issue they are very hostile & have a attitude take your loved ones somewhere else !!!

Wonderful staffs especially the RN'S. Nothing is perfect but one thingI know; they are very passionate with there patient's and open minded. If something not going right, you can easily talk to Ms.B and she will get it handle ASAP.
