The Staff are very good they are short handed sometimes but they get the job done
We have to understand that every experience is what you make it. This place has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to the staff and leadership of this 5 star facility.
Every time I come here there is a problem... They had my demographics wrong without even checking things first.. The nephrologist does not show up... I told them what is suppose to be done to me doing treatment and the charge nurse refuse to listen to me... They had to draw labs on me twice because no one knew where the labs were that was drawn on me last week... They looked at me like I don't know what I'm talking about!!!
