Worst customer service I have ever experienced and to think it came from the administrator CANDACE. She was very unprofessional and spoke very rudely to me and my elderly grandmother, calling us the B word at the end of our conversation! I wouldn’t recommend your dog to this practice!
They have a nurse that is very rude. The chairs have blood on them. They attempt to tell you it’s chemocal spills. It’s blood. They do not clean the machines correctly. There are so many things that have happened and because of my frustration yes I have gotten loud and upset. They refuse to reprimand their employees and let them get away with murder literally. I’m not happy at all
