My mom loved the workers here, she was on dialysis for 7 years before she lost her battle. The staff was great to her. The only negative thing which is prob the worse thing, when mom passed, we didn’t get a card, call or anything from Davita showing their sympathy. Mom knew alot of the patients and staff from going there 3 days a week for 6-7 years. That was really heartbreaking to not get an I’m sorry about your loss from her medical team there. My mom was the greatest and is truly missed
I can't say enough great things about this place!! My friend J was at IDF where the treatment and staff were so horrific, it actually proved to be deleterious; mentally and physically. So much so, that J decided to stop dialysis altogether. I read the good reviews about Davita Pasadena, and tried to transfer J to this location. IDF initially told J she couldn't leave (lame BS excuses), but after numerous delays and help from Wendy and Lindsay at Davita, J got a chair here.
