Tech are never on time, I usually have to wait 30 to 45 minutes past my regular chair time in order to get my treatment.
They don’t speak English and they are not friendly.
Very unprofessional and rude staff member... Carlos, one of the technicians here at Davita does not know how to properly treat people. He definitely needs to have some kind of customer service training and learn how to talk to people, not down to people. He treats people as if they don't know anything and tries to act superior and smarter than he actually is.
