Care team takes good care of me and they address all my concerns when at the clinic and any concerns I may have after my treatments when I'm home
Well first day they treated me well and everyone was very polite and helpful. They made sure everything was going smoothly at home with dialysis. And also my personal life as well my nurse makes sure I’m taking care of and I like that about him.
They constantly change chair times. They changed day due to "covid". They said it's a temporary change (2 months) in February then it went to 3 months to the remainder of the year. Now chair times change. They have one excuse after another. Then when you try and talk to them about this, they get rude and hateful. Very disappointed in their services.
Great nursing staff . they really show that they care about their people. The rest of the staff is great too.
