Very nice people. Super helpful on the home dialysis.
Excellent staff and they truly care
Absolutely horrible! Location is depressing, old and falling apart! Administration not helpful due to high turnovers . Constantly opens late due to being short staffed. Higher tech’s right out of school with no experience. Switching to Fresenius. Cleaner, more professional and techs have at least 3 years experience. Should have moved long time ago!!!!! Stay away from!!!
The worst customer service. They don't know how to say good morning, thank you, or even good afternoon. All nurses leave their patients waiting outside for hours without caring that medical transportation picks them up. Even if you call on the phone they never answer and when they do you can hear them mad or annoyed and with zero desire to work. They even hang up the phone in your face, what a horror.
