I haven't had a good experience here & I'm going to have my husband transferred OUT of This place!!! 1. The 1st time, I was dropping him off for his Dialysis. I went to get a wheelchair & as I was getting him out of the car, he passed out! He came back to & I ran inside, no-one was at the desk! So I bammed on the inside-door where the Nurses were, Screaming for help!!! No-one came! All that screaming, bamming & No response! My experience has been wonderful walking in to something so new and different not knowing what to expect but to be greeted like family the first visit was amazing and when I say Yolanda and Shanese have been so good to me and Loren the nurse have helped me a lot even though my port hasn't been working they take extra time to do everything they can to make it work I'm thankful and grateful for them
Great staff, makes my Journey a whole lot easier.
