Overall a great experience while visiting family in Raleigh.
The one star is for its accessibility. The complaint I have is how my family is currently being treated and their patient rights are violated. Patient privacy is not prioritized as staff discuss patient care publicly where persons not involved in care can hear. Staff are unprofessional with behavior that could be considered as bullying. An example being “ taking a patient outside and handle them in the streets”. Patients should ALWAYS feel safe with people that have an effect on their life expectancy.
