It’s completely lost in me why this place has a 3.5 review. I have had a great experience with most of the nurses, except one by the name of Laura. I believe she is the charge nurse. I was receiving treatment this last week when I witnessed her raising her voice and speaking down to multiple nurses that were very busy at the moment. It’s not the first time I’ve seen Laura, the charge nurse behave this way and at this point it seems she makes everyone uncomfortable, patients included. They have worker that are very inexperienced tech , they keep people waiting in lobby ,they don’t do proper hand washing and they stay on the phone while clients machine beeping and they over crowded since closing of other dialysis, these people are not getting their proper treatment ,they rude to the clients,Clients are telling family members what’s going on if sudden death was to occur
Most of the workers are inexperienced they don’t focus on the monitor go off they on phone or talking, so much neglect State will not come out to investigate,if you or family on dialysis and they die check and see if the employee was experienced enough
