I actually left a review for the wrong location. The tech that provides the best treatment service is Eric N. He goes out of his way to make sure i am as comfortable during my 3 days in N. Highlands location.
The facility is very clean the nurses techs all participate in keeping this facility safe and also for us 3 times a weeks a great environment… Karina, Sara, Anna, sena, Nancy, Justin especially lusi making a unfortunate chronic illness not the end of our lives but helping us look forward for a future. Thank you all for what you do for us!
The care team take their responsibilities seriously. I'm always treated with respect in a manner that makes me comfortable. After a year and a half I'm still happy I picked DaVita North Highlands.
They take great care of my mom. She's been getting treatment there for about 3 years. The staff and nurses are excellent
