I love the Davita group. However, trying to call the Davita Nampa facility by phone you're going to have to wait all day to get an answer. I work for a subacute rehab and I was just trying to verify a patient's HD time to no avail. I ended up driving down to Nampa Davita to get my questions answered. I will give a better star rating once the phone tree is fixed. This continues to be an ongoing issue over the past five years.
