I am very disappointed and upset with the experience my family member had. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and it felt like my family member was not shown the level of care and concern that every patient deserves. My family member’s care was repeatedly affected by canceled dialysis appointments, and the situation became so serious that she ended up in the ICU at the hospital.
