I love the staff, Brooklyn, the admin, Jen, the nurse, and the medical technicians: Brooks and Jasmine (I wish they were both full time at our clinic!) Minor complaint: The recliners are getting old and should be replaced. I’d love it if any new chair had heaters built in - it’s so cold in the dialysis room. There’s never enough cryospray or medipore tape. The clinic is constantly running out.
They generally get me hooked up on time. I do not have to wait. But sometimes I notice the place is dirty...particularly the ceiling vents are loaded with Grey dust. Sometimes there is no toilet paper. The chairs are getting old and stiff. Uncomfortable
