How hard it is for the nurses to actually do their job? They do not check on patients constantly because they’re always on their phones or not paying attention! I will be making a big complaint in reference to an incident that happened to a patient his blood pressure went down and he fainted, and nurses did not even noticed because they weren’t doing their job! That person could of have died! Nurses should be on the floor at all times checking on people constantly, but instead they don’t!!
