Friendly and reasonably wait. The receptionist made check-in process a breeze. I wish there is less turn over on technicians since I do see new faces from time to time but all were nice. FYI, they don't take walk-ins and they open at 7:30 am and not 8:00 am as of 3/27/25.
I just had an awesome blood draw. The woman had been doing this for years and said it was her passion. It was quick and painless.
My husband and I had an appointment for my newborn son here, and at another facility later in the day because we were going to see which location we liked best for him. After seeing Dr. Burke, we went to get blood drawn for my newborn and came across Charlene and Marianna (hope I'm spelling her name right) and let me tell you, they were A.W.E.S.O.M.E! They were so loving and sweet to us new and scared parents and they took his blood (on two separate occasions) so wonderfully. They were very careful and patient and he hardly ... read more
