Dr. Smith's office West side Pavilion front desk. The ladies at the front desk, set the bar. They are new to this office. Never to busy to answer questions. Never too busy to help or assist. Since January 2018, I have been to the office 5+ times for follow up care. It feels good to be helped and blown off. There gentle professional demeanor is Outstanding! I give credit where credit is due. Thanks Ladies!

This office is so screwed up! This is the second time that Walgreen's called them to refill my prescription, and they called the refill authorization into Sam's Club!! I can't transfer it because it is a drug that can never be transferred on a new prescription call in. I'm afraid that some day they will really mess up and call in a wrong prescription (which they have done 2 times with me as well) and wind up killing a patient with the wrong drug. Will NEVER go to any ABQ Health again all because of this one location. Waited 2 months for my appointment, only to have it cancelled once I got there. Never even had a chance to see the doctor and all I got were blank stares from the secretaries. Worthless.
