I love coming to see my Dr Boone she's so sweet and understanding & nurses staff are very respectful ppl been coming for year's
They take great care of me there. Friendly staff, very helpful assistants and nurses and the providers are top notch.
Couldn't ask for better care from the whole team there...especially Dr Isabella Okeyo. What a place!
This location including Optium is the worse I have ever seen. They seem to not be able to keep Dr. at all. There is a new provider there her name is Isabella she is nothing but a liar. Last month I saw her she literally didn’t even know how to send a prescription to the pharmacy I had to assist her. My dr left this place so I’ve been just seeing whoever I can. They refuse to fill any prescription at all I’ve needed my diabetes meds my pain meds and all they tell me is we can schedule you to see someone but all there appointm... read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with the doctor I had and my therapist. It’s the whole front desk system. From them not getting my prior authorization with my insurance for a blood test my doctor wanted me to get, not telling me my doctor left (my therapist told me), not giving me a new doctor, my therapist left and put a referral for a new therapist and psychiatrist and never heard back, and now withholding my medical records from me.
