I chose optum specifically to have my family establish with as I previously worked here and had total faith within this healthcare system to handle issues effectively and within a timely manner. To my dismay I have returned to find a health care system and providers who not only don’t listen to patient concerns, but are unresponsive to patient follow-up calls/ messages and lab results. I arrived for my yearly wellness appointment, and was pleased with the assistance from associates. Dr. Cesar was very thorough and considerate of my needs. He assisted with valuable advice for future issues. I recommend him as a primary care doctor.
I love coming to see my Dr Boone she's so sweet and understanding & nurses staff are very respectful ppl been coming for year's
They take great care of me there. Friendly staff, very helpful assistants and nurses and the providers are top notch.
