I've been receiving treatment at this facility for a few weeks now and majority of the nurses and techs are pleasant and professional. However, there's one particular staff member who is rude and irritable for what ever reason. What i know from my professional experience... There's that one individual who brings the team down and who is the weak link in the chain. If this one employee changes her attitude paired with a high performance of job functions, this location will lack in receiving a five star review.

Largest Dialysis center in the nation. Managed very well. Just when I bragged about the place I experienced the one problem that really is disrespectful. It happens intermittently. One's chair time is floating. I was instructed, on my first vist to arrive at 10:00am. Seldom do I ever get called back into treatment area at that time even though I arrive before 10:00.
