My father experienced elderly abuse at the almeda location. He was humiliated for using the restroom in himself.
Largest Dialysis center in the nation. Managed very well. Just when I bragged about the place I experienced the one problem that really is disrespectful. It happens intermittently. One's chair time is floating. I was instructed, on my first vist to arrive at 10:00am. Seldom do I ever get called back into treatment area at that time even though I arrive before 10:00.
