I'm at a lost for words reading these reviews...I've been with devita for little over a year now and the staff is Amazing when it comes to how they treat you..They are a always very accommodating ..Never have I been turned away from receiving treatment nor have I had any issues..IF I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING ITS CALLING TRYING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE YOU ARE PUT ON HOLD AND IT TAKE FOREVER BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERS AND USUALLY THEY PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD...But to be honest I HATE BEING PUT ON HOLD BY ANYONE. Want to leave a no star this clinic is the worst Davita clinic I have been too. I been on dialysis 13 years never experienced such horrible care from a clinic like Med center not organized and run poorly
Not satisfied at all. Way too much noise while trying to sleep. Patients are allowed to talk load and play radios and music loud. Not satisfied with technician who doesn't make sure that my blood flow is completely stopped before I go home. Several technicians need to be retrained-they really don't know their jobs well.
The place is like a freezer. Very uncomfortable to get treatment.
