I have the best nurse at Dialysis west in mckeesport. I do home peritineal dialysis and I am so blessed it is working well. I wake up feeling good every morning so far. I want to Thank Maria and Jen my social worker for being the best!!! I love you guys
The staff and medical personnel are extremely knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and understanding. From the front office to the HD clinic staff, they treat people like people, not just numbers or "patients". Their PD training is very easy to learn, and their PD RN goes above and beyond to make sure everything is well understood, and documented for home treatment success. (Thanks M!). This team is professional, caring and there if you need any help. They take care of each individual as if they were the only ones there. Not to mention, these a really nice folks to be around especially under these circumstances.
