So I've been going there over a year & we had a few great techs & one very great nurse named Ronnie who cared & watched over my momma, I can't thank her enough for all that she did unfortunately a few new pple were hired & both were very rude & abrasive behavior for no reason-- Davita needs to start a customer service & etiquette course because some of the newer staff does not know how to differentiate how they speak to the patient and or family members. Love it here! Thank God I have a new center to go to! The staff here is a wonderful it was such a pleasure working with Kiki, Ronnie, Laura, Amal, Angie, Tara Shakira and KJ I will miss this Center
I like the location but when my mother is scheduled to be there by 1:45- 2p & they don't put her in her chair until 2:45- 3p that ruins her whole day, she is diabetic & the waiting around is disrespectful & not fair ( my mother has suffered 3 strokes & is blind). This clinic needs more staff to do get the patient's in their chair at the right time or close to it-- otherwise staff now is attentive & very nice but please get them more staff!
