Everyone is very nice. The treatment runs smoothly and no complaints. They treat you with respect and listens to you if you have something you would like to talk about. I have been going there I believe 3 years and I will recommend it to everyone.
Is the worst customer care place the employees don’t answer the phone the treatment doors or when they see the drivers. They only look at us like insignificant persons the employees are so prepotent.
Most technicians very good at what they do. Very protective of their patients because of Covid 19
Clean place, most nurses are great but there is a few of them that like to do the least they can just to sit around and talk to their fellow co workers. When a machine beeps it takes them about 3 minutes to respond to check what is wrong.
