Customer service is terrible. My wife was told to arrive 30 early to sign paperwork since this was her first time. We arrived at 2:05 pm, 40 minutes before the appointment. No one was at the front desk, problem one. I rang the bell three different times, approximately 5 to 6 minutes apart, no one answered the bell, problem number two. I called from the waiting area, a lady answered and said that she would be there in a couple of minutes, another no show, problem number three.
