Terrible. The employees here are very rude and don’t seem to know what they are actually doing half of the time, I’m honestly sick and tired of how they are treating my mom. Don’t go to this location if you can help it, they like to play with people’s health around here.
Not bad overall. extremely busy people, tired but doing best they can with a full house. If you catch their attention your questions and needs will be attended to quickly.
I have been a dialysis patient at this dialysis center since Dec 2022. My experience was very good up until Feb 2024, when customer service was apparently suspended by increasing the patient/employee ratio so the technicians barely have time to take patients on and off and no time to assist patients after dialysis when they are weak and in pain. Most of the personnel are great people with a heart for the patients except for one who is in the wrong job.
They mis-treat their workers and Patients here, do not recommend!
Have a family member that has missed treatment multiple times because they don't have their staff there on time and they are very unhelpful towards the patients
