The Lakewood De Vita Center all of the employees are very nice the place is very clean. They are very attentive to my needs they do their best to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible
My mom recently started going to this center at the recommendation of her nephrologist because he is always there. In the 4-5 months she's been going there she's seen him twice as hes walking out the door. She is new to dialysis so unsure of alot of things. But..... we do know she has had a fungal infection the entire time she's been there and recently had to have her port changed because her cath got clogged and they sent the tips to the lab to find out she has a bacterial infection going to her heart. Terrible. The employees here are very rude and don’t seem to know what they are actually doing half of the time, I’m honestly sick and tired of how they are treating my mom. Don’t go to this location if you can help it, they like to play with people’s health around here.
Not bad overall. extremely busy people, tired but doing best they can with a full house. If you catch their attention your questions and needs will be attended to quickly.
