This clinic has shut down due to staffing issues so I missed treatment which ultimately results in me being admitted into the hospital. This has happened several times. Or I will be late getting on treatment even though I am here an hr before. Now Inwould rather they go sow and get things right then go too fast and miss stepson Sarah and Lexi was my go to team nSarah knows who stuff and has compassion and heart willing to offer a hand or pickup slack if things are going hairy. This place has gone downhill fast since the director G left!! I get 4 hrs to watch certain things happen when certain individuals are working."The nurse" looks as if she has absolutely no clue very frazzled, and needs the staff to save her. On the other hand my pct is great I enjoy her service and on the the occasional off day treatment I enjoy Sara also. I failed to mention my pct is Sadie. The best dialysis tech is Jeri. She is very helpful and cares very much for her patients. But they are all good.
This facility is far and away a 5 star dialysis center! The nurses, technicians & all office staff are simply amazing! They are knowledgeable, professional, caring & well trained. I'm so impressed by the care that I am currently receiving here and think they deserve my thanks as well as my gratitude.
