A majority of the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Coming from an industry that it is law you read speak, write and understand English fluently.( Aviation ) I cannot believe the social worker here cannot really explain things clearly or fluently. Her knowledge of and follow through with her job is continually disappointing. She brings all my ratings down otherwise 5 stars would be attained in my reviews. Been this way since I began my dialysis journey.
