The facility in Salisbury NC is atrocious, and FILTHY! Not from the janitorial aspect, but from the workers themselves. They throw bloody materials in the general garbage cans when they clearly have designated containers specifically for blood-borne pathogens waste! Seeing USED gloves blatantly thrown on the floor, blood pools on the floor covered with gauze to "soak it up", and sharps needles thrown in the general garbage cans instead of the sharps containers (which are open and some even have blood on the outside of them!)... read more
